UW Baraboo-Sauk County Mowing Bids

1. Contractor to supply mowers and labor to mow and trim the area inside the highlighted red area.
2. Mowing service should includes:
   1. Turf mowing,
   2. Line trimming along beds and turf edges
   3. Cleanup of clippings and other debris from sidewalks, driveways and other hard surfaces.

1. Contractor to provide UW Campus commission with Certificate of Insurance upon request
2. Contractor to mow weekly unless campus grounds become dry and browns up, then switch to an as needed basis
3. Contractor to submit bills on a monthly basis to the UW Campus Commission Attn: Ian Crammond
4. Contract will be awarded by the UW Campus Commission, and will run from May 1 to Nov 30 approximately 26 weekly mowings for 2025
5. Each Bid must contain the following:

1. A Cover letter

Cover Letter All proposals must include a cover letter submitted under the firm’s name on the firm’s letterhead containing the signature and title of a person or an official of the firm who is authorized to commit the firm to a potential contract with the District. The cover letter should express the firm’s interest and serve as an executive summary of the proposal. Claims of proprietary information must be included in the cover letter.

The proposal must describe the firm’s qualifications to provide the requested products and/or services, and include the following: a. References: The proposer must provide three (3) independent references from three (3) different projects of similar scope, nature, and complexity to that requested by the District. b. Each of the references must include the following information:

a) Entity name

b) Industry Type

c) Address, City, Province/State/Country

d) Contact Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email address

e) Years (s) services(s) provided

f) Comments (include details regarding the current status of the product/service provided by proposer)

The deadline for receipt of emailed proposals is April 16, 2024 at 4:00 PM (Central Standard Time) to ian.crammond@saukcountywi.gov

Proposals must be received by this deadline, if the proposal is received after the deadline, it will not be considered

PRICING: The billing amount is to include all costs for providing facility services in accordance with the RFB terms, conditions, and specifications.
