NOTICE TO BIDDERSBOROUGH OF MADISON, MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY2026 WATER DEPARTMENT MATERIALS BIDITB-KO-26-0324-1100NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Madison, County of Morris,State of New Jersey, in the Municipal Courtroom, 1st Floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 Kings Road,Madison, New Jersey, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00AM prevailing time, and at that time will be publiclyopened and read for the 2026 WATER DEPARTMENT MATERIALS BID. Bid prices shall remain firm for aperiod of sixty (60) days.All bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms furnished by the Borough. Bids on any other forms will not beaccepted. Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded online at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-jersey. Bids are also available by emailing purchasing@rosenet.org. Include the name of the bid in the emailsubject line and your name, company name, phone number, fax number and company address in the body of theemail with your request.Bids shall be addressed to the Borough Clerk, Borough of Madison, Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 KingsRoad, Madison, New Jersey 07940.Each Proposal must be enclosed in a SEALED ENVELOPE, properly endorsed with the name of the Bidder,with the designation "BOROUGH OF MADISON, SEALED BID, 2026 WATER DEPARTMENT MATERIALSBID, TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2026 AT 11:00AM". Any envelope that is received that is not properlymarked causing it to be opened prior to the bid will be invalidated. Bids may be received by the Clerk’soffice before the hour designated, if they are mailed or hand delivered in person. The Borough of Madison willnot be responsible for any bid that is sent by mail or other form of carrier which is lost or which arrives after thebid date and time, Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00AM.The Borough of Madison reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein and toaccept any bid that will be in the best interest of the Borough of Madison according to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1.Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
