Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive proposals for the purchase of a 2024 or newer Ford F-550 4x4 Regular Cab Truck with a Telescopic Aerial Platform Lift or equivalent. Pricing options should be given for a gas or diesel engine. The truck described shall meet the minimum requirements that follow. The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standards with this vehicle. The vehicle shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship to that provided by the best manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry. Prospective bidders requiring general information, minor clarification, or interpretation of the bid documents may direct their questions through IonWave by the designated date and time of Friday, October 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your proposal with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City will make said determination. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
