Summary

The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for the purpose of replacing four high speed turbo blowers at the water pollution control facility.

Background

The current HSI blowers are obsolete models and need replacement. These blowers are vital to the operation of the plant. Two to three blowers are running at all times.
