The Tybee Pier & Pavilion is located at Strand Avenue and Tybrisa Street, Tybee Island, Georgia 31328 (31°59’30.92°N x 80°50’46.19°W). All respondents to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire bid and follow instructions carefully.
