Project Description: RFP 23-24-44 Asbestos, Lead, & Mold Abatement Deadline: 06/30/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide asbestos, lead, and mold abatement on an as-needed basis for City owned properties. The initial contract shall be for twelve (12) month period and shall, at City's option and upon mutually agreeable terms, be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods. Contractor will be required to comply with DIR requirements including registration with the DIR, payment of prevailing wages, and submission of electronic payrolls. For more information click here .
