Scope of Work:

Remove the existing exterior wood siding and skirting and replace with new wood siding and fiber-cement skirting. Project also includes painting exterior of Mobile #636, including doors and window coverings. Additionally, the project requires disconnecting and reconnecting the utilities, air conditioning and any other miscellaneous components needed to facilitate the complete residing and painting of Mobile #636, in accordance with provided drawings and specifications. Please note, a Manufactured Housing Division License will be required as specified in NRS 489.

Sealed bids for the Residing of Mobile #636 at Anderson Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on May 2, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 p.m. (local time).
