Project Description

Eagle County is requesting proposals from qualified entities for the delivery of three (3) community energy programs in calendar year 2026. Interested parties may submit a proposal for one or more of the programs.

Proposals will be reviewed utilizing the following criteria: familiarity with Eagle County, service delivery strategy or approach, staff credentials and education, experience, technical certification, staff pay structure (hourly), and the total cost for delivery of each program. For consistency in service delivery, and single point of contact for each program, proposals should consider and include program delivery for all residents and building owners, in all areas of Eagle County.
