BIDS DUE ~ BY MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2025 @ 11:00 AM. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE AT THE LOCATION NOTED IN THE BID ADVERTISEMENT. A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 07, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., ET at Rockdale County Public Schools Conference Room C-2, at 960 Pine Street Conyers, Georgia, 30012. Online submittal instructions can be viewed at the following location online: https://rockdaleschools.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/180123. Proposals shall be submitted online at https://rockdaleschools.bonfirehub.com/opportunities/180123. The Office of Purchasing and Warehouse Operations Services will only accept bids submitted online. Proposal submissions are due no later than 11:00 a.m., ET April 21, 2025 (as determined by the time stamp clock when submitted online). RCPS will onlyaccept online submissions for this RFP.
