High Rise Window and Glass Cleaning and Ancillary Services 25-062

The Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this Invitation for Bids to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a contract to provide high rise window and glass cleaning services and ancillary services at the Camden Yards Sports Complex, including Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. The term of the contract will be three years with the potential for two one year renewal options. An MBE goal of 8% has been established for this procurement.
