Pre-Bid & Bid Opening Meeting2. Questions and Responses1. May I please confirm, does the above project currently have an estimated value?Response: Approximately $2,500,000.00.2. When comparing the bid schedule to summary of quantities for the ad alternates are notmatching. The concrete medium pavement before inch has a 190 yd2 on the bid form andit is 50 yd2 on the plans and then the slope concrete curb 6 inch by 18 inch. They’re 320linear feet on the plans and only 50 on the bid form.Response: Its very likely an artifact of the additive alternative, but I’ll check and providecorrections as needed.3. What is the schedule looking like for the Notice to Proceed, when you think it will beawarded, when you’re looking to construct and any kind of restrictions? What is in yourwish list for this contract to be complete?Response: The award date will be during the next county Commission meeting 5/19/2026.Biggest scheduling items is the ramp up of about 90 days lead time from the manufacturerof the arch structure. Then 60 Calendar days after the ramp up we will have an addendumwith more information on the schedule from the manufacturer. Alternatively we are trying tospeed up the manufacture time and process before the award. And addendum with all theinformation will come within the next 2 weeks.4. Is the County providing the structure or the contractor?Response: We are working on adding this information into an addendum to ensure its itfinalized before the notice of award.5. Is the arch structure going to be delivered to the jobsite? Is there going to be an area whereit would be stored and from there we pick it up? Is it covered by warranty?Response: Yes that will be more defined once the details are worked out with themanufacturer.3. Legal Notice Dates4. Wage Decision
