Project Description: The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) requests interested parties to submit sealed Bids for the purpose of establishing a contract and obtaining firm fixed prices to perform SOLID WASTE AND RECYLCING COLLECTION SERVICES for SERVICE AREAS 1-4
The AUTHORITY has applied an SBE Subcontracting Goal in this procurement of twenty percent (20%) goal for SBE Subcontracting participation. Failure to meet the API requirement will deem the BIDDER’S response as non-responsive.
A Non-Mandatory PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025, AT 10:00 AM EST in the SWA Auditorium located in the AUTHORITY’s Administrative Offices located at 7501 North Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL. 33412, open to all interested parties. The meeting may also be attended virtually via Microsoft Teams with this phone number and conference ID: 561-437-0639, 743494898#. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
Sealed BIDS must be received by the AUTHORITY no later than 2:00 PM EST, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2025, at 7501 North Jog Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33412.
