Anoka and Hennepin County Transit Link Services

Contract Number 25P197

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified transportation providers to provide

Transit Link dial-a-ride services in Anoka/NW Ramsey and Hennepin counties The intent of the

Council is to award one (1) contract, and these services will be provided over a five-year period. The

anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

For the purposes of this contract, there are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), or

Metropolitan Council Underutilized Business (MCUB) goals set for this project. However, the Council

strives to ensure equitable participation of minority, women and underutilized businesses in projects

and procurements, and strongly encourages the inclusion of small businesses in this contract. DBE
