Description: The City of Flagler Beach (“City”) is soliciting Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide comprehensive Information Technology (IT) managed services. Services include, but are not limited to, ongoing IT support, strategic planning, cybersecurity services, and cloud infrastructure management. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a pool of pre-qualified firms capable of supporting the City’s transition to a modern, secure, scalable, and responsive IT operating environment. The City currently supports approximately 137 users across multiple departments, including Administration, Finance, Public Works, Community Development, Parks & Recreation, Library Services, Fire Department, and Police Department.
