Bid Title: Quarterly Preventative Maintenance & Repair Services Heating & Air on all Boyle County Facilities

Boyle County Fiscal Court is seeking a well-qualified firm to provide a comprehensive heating-ventilation-air conditioning HVAC preventative maintenance and repair program for County facilities for a fixed monthly charge.
It is the intent of the County to seek proposals to provide services at a fixed monthly rate for the next three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, in twelve (12) month increments.
The work will include the provision of a total maintenance/management program including, but not limited to the inspection, quarterly preventative maintenance, repairs, service calls and other tasks and services necessary to insure safe, well maintained HVAC systems providing quality air for County employees and the public.
Qualified Vendor must have the ability and sufficient resources to provide repairs and servicing of all HVAC equipment preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies within a fixed time frame, finish repairs in a timely manner, troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC systems, and provide engineering and related services when needed.
Facilities to be included in the bid are: Boyle County Courthouse, Boyle County Detention Center, Recycling & Public Works Complex and the Boyle County Government Service Center. See attachment A for addresses.
Systems and components to be serviced include but are not limited to; electric and gas forced air heating units, Split Systems, Roof top units, Boilers, VRF System, Exhaust Fans, and Hot Water Boilers.
Interested providers are urged to schedule a time to inspect the equipment prior to submitting the bid by calling Mark Gordon, Facility Manager at 859-319-8610.
