Overview

Summary

The School District of Greenville County invites interested and responsible contractors to submit a SEALED BID to provide and complete Athletic Field Maintenance Solicitation No: 226-25 at fifteen (15) District High Schools. All program work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications, General Requirements, Scope of Work, Miscellaneous Sketches, and other contract documents provided or referenced under the solicitation, as well as, terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will coordinate through each school for what is requested after the award notice is issued. Bids are due no later than Wednesday, December 3, 2025

Background

Described in broad terms, the maintenance program consists at a minimum of a Base Bid for Aerating and Topdressing, Fertilizer Applications, Herbicide/Pre-emergent Applications, Ryegrass Seeding, and Dolomitic Lime Applications, of each high school’s athletic fields. Additionally, the contract(s) may or may not include field maintenance aspects as follows:

• Application of fire ant control,
• Application of plant growth regulator,
• Laser leveling of infields,
• Sand slit drainage,
• Fraze Mowing,
• Sod installation.
