Michael J. Zone NRRC Locker Room Improvements

The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified Design-Build Team Partners ("Contractor" “Design-Builder” “D-B” “D-B Team” "Consultant") to provide professional Architecture, Engineering, and Construction services for the Michael J. Zone Neighborhood Resource & Recreation Center Locker Room, Entrance Lobby, & Restroom Improvements. The Project is considered a Traditional Design-Build. It consists of improvements to the recreation center locker rooms, entrance lobby and select common corridor, and restrooms. The renovations will modernize these areas, improving their accessibility, durability, usability, and feel. Included are new finishes & fixtures, changing and showering compartments, & a family / unisex changing room. Please reference the included criteria documents by Robert P. Madison International, Inc., as basis for the design & construction.
