Pursuant to the fair and open process (NJSA 19:44-20.A), and in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.), the Town of Westfield is requesting proposals for:

2026 Operation of the Food Concession at the Westfield Memorial Pool

Sealed RFP/RFQ responses will be received by the Town Clerk on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Town Clerk, Municipal Building, 425 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090, at which time and place responses will be opened for:
