Manufacturer: Kodak Alaris Inc Manufacturer Warranty SKU: 1097559 and 1297373 Manufacturer Warranty Definition: 1 Year On-site/Next Business Day Post Warranty Extension or Renewal Scanner Model Number: I4250 SCANNER 110PPM Serial Numbers: 54883312 Quantity: 1 The contract period is for 1 year from order date. The repair or maintenance is to include all costs associated with the service/labor, travel expenses, parts, except for consumables for the term of the contract. On-site maintenance includes two (2) Preventative Maintenance (PM’s). The maintenance and service is to be completed by a Kodak Alaris Inc certified technician. ***Please note this is an additional scanner to the 3 the Clerks Office already has***
