This Project consists of level 2 alteration to the existing museum building. The scope includes partial demolition of the south façade and the interior, restoration of existing stairs and historical materials, and the addition of new partitions, doors, finishes, fixtures, elevator, and mechanical systems. This project will update the layout and finishes of the existing office spaces and auditorium, and add new flexible gallery and event spaces, a children’s museum, and board room. CB: Queens 4 Project #: PV291-QM2 / EPIN: 85026B0080 Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted. There will be an optional pre-bid conference. Details will be provided in the PASSPort procurement. This contract is subject to Special Experience Requirements. *This project is subject to Community Hiring requirements.* This Competitive Sealed Bid (CSB) is being released throughout PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal.
