Information about this Project (Optional)https://www.uncp.edu/info-for/external-vendors.html Project Name Business Administration Renovation Prequalifying for Single-prime licensed general contractor to renovate the 36,000 SF, two-story Business Administration Building (constructed in 1969) located adjacent to the main campus entrance. The renovation will create a student-centered service model by consolidating multiple departments into a more integrated, accessible approach. Early demolition and abatement have been completed. To be considered, the contractor must: - Hold a current North Carolina general contractor's license. - Meet all applicable bonding requirements. - Obtain an application package from the UNCP website at the URL above. - Demonstrate experience on comparable projects similar in complexity and contract value to the scope described above, preferably within an active university campus setting. So that the selection process is as objective as possible, from the date of this public announcement, do not contact members of the Board of Trustees, Campus Officials, and/or staff other than the project contact. If the required submission and process are not followed, the response will be deemed nonresponsive.
