EMPLOYEE BENEFITS BROKERAGE AND CONSULTING SERVICES. The City of Hibbing is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services. Services include support for the City’s self-funded health plan, retiree health coverage, Group Medicare plans, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, absence management, and related employee benefit programs. The City is seeking a strategic partner with experience in public sector employee benefits, self-funded health plans, captive arrangements, Medicare programs, and unionized environments.
