392536,1	RFQ	RFP 1008000 - City of Oakland Municipal Facility Energy Assessments	19-Dec-2025	26-FEB-2026 14:00:00	The City of Oakland’s Project and Grant Management Division (PGMD) is seeking a qualified consultant team to conduct energy assessments and audits for City-owned facilities and building sites. This work will be funded through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) program. Due to budget constraints, it is anticipated that the selected consultant will be able to complete no more than 25–30 energy assessments for City-owned facilities. Facilities for assessment will be drawn from the approved list of funded and unfunded City of Oakland Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects for FY25–27. The City intends to enter into a one (1) year contract in an amount not-to-exceed $365,000.
