Contract time: 94 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $502.70 per calendar day PWP # CC-2026-499 Prevailing wages must be paid on this project.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the 'NDOC Contractor Background Check Application' and the 'NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form' a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date.
