REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES
(Services Contract April 2025 – March 2027)

Concord Township is accepting proposals for Janitorial Services for a two (2) year service contract for the cleaning of Township owned buildings located within the Municipal Complex at 43 S Thornton Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342 and the Concord Township Senior Center located at 817 Concord Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342.

Completed Bid Proposals (hard copy) must be received in-person or via mail by the Township’s Finance Director at the Concord Township Municipal Building, 43 Thornton Road, Glen Mills, PA 19342, by 12:00 p.m., Friday, March 21 ^st , 2025. Bids will be opened publicly at the Township Municipal building on Friday, March 21 ^st , 2025, at 12:00pm.

Consideration for award to be included on Township Council’s April 1 ^st Council meeting agenda. Council Public meeting to be held at 7:00 pm at the Township Municipal Building. Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
