The City of Durham Department of Neighborhood Improvement Services will open bids

at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025, for the demolition of residential

structure.

Contractors wishing to submit bids are invited to be present at mandatory pre bid

conference at 2714 S Roxboro St Durham, NC 27707 (122220) on Wednesday,

November 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for a pre bid conference and site walk thru.

Specifications and a complete description of deliverables may be obtained at the

mandatory pre bid conference on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

The bids must be submitted electronically to Robb Damman prior to the above bid

opening date and time. This is an informal bid, and the bid opening will not be formal or

public.

The City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities,

and/or accept such bid as appears in its judgement to be in the best interest of the City.
