Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for Baseball / Softball Jerseys & Caps. After the bid has been awarded it will be the responsibility of the selected company to supply one set of uniforms in all required sizes so participants may be fitted properly. A list indicating the number of uniform sizes needed will be sent to the selected company. The uniforms must be delivered to the City by Friday, March 14, 2025. Quantities are approximate based on last year's participation and are subject to change. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern time. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
