Description:	The SW 19th Street and SW Jazzwood Drive Overlay resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement of SW 19th Street from Countyline Road to 2,360 feet west of SW Jazzwood Drive and 5,360 feet along SW Jazzwood Drive. The project includes full depth HMA overlay, granular shoulder, traffic control, pavement markings, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project. The improvements include construction of approximately 4056 Tons of HMA, 37,283 SY of subgrade preparation and cement treatment, traffic control, pavement markings, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.

Document Information:	The Contractor shall fully complete the overall project within Thirty (30) working days. Full completion for the overall project shall be defined as all pavement construction completed, granular shoulder placed, and street striping completed, with the street fully open to traffic. Should the Contractor fail to fully complete the work within this timeframe, liquidated damages of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day will be assessed for work not fully completed within the designated Contract term(s).
