Project Description: The Eagle County Air Terminal Corporation (“ECAT”) is soliciting proposals for planning, developing, and managing the terminal advertising concessions at the Eagle County Regional Airport. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) will be non-exclusive. ECAT reserves the right to purchase supplies or services from other third parties.

Proposals must be received via email by Jodi Doney, Terminal Operations Manager, at jodi.doney@eaglecounty.us no later than 5:00 p.m. MT on June 17, 2025. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened unless good cause is shown as determined by ECAT in its sole discretion.
