Description:	The City of Camden is soliciting the submission of Statement of Qualifications and Cost Proposal for Engineering Services of a qualified company to prepare a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) that meets the requirements of the SS4A Action Plan to improve roadway safety, with a focus on reducing and eliminating serious injuries and fatalities, particularly for vulnerable road users such as pedestrians.  The supplemental planning activities will complete a collision and roadway data analysis, countermeasures development and prepare safety project concepts.
