NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract WEATHERIZATION PLUS
SERVICES FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES 26-045-WEX on or before October 6, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to
the date and time shown below in the table below.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be
notarized. `The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm
receipt of its submission.

Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The DuPage County (“County”) Department of Community Services Weatherization Program is seeking
qualified contractors to provide materials, installation and labor for Weatherization Plus services for homes
throughout the County. The County intends to award multiple contractors based on the most advantageous
proposals.
