Project Consists of but is not limited to: Approximately 590 S.Y. of Sidewalk Removal; 735 S.Y. of new Sidewalk; 930 S.Y. of Grading Existing Surfaces; 13 MSF of Topsoil & Sod: 8 Pedestrian Luminaires; 1 New Load Center; 400 L.F. of Conduit; 675 LF of Conductor; and other related work.

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between: $500,000 - $1,000,000
