Project Description: Allegheny County Treasurer’s Office is seeking a proposer(s) to provide proprietary reports and data that can be used internally – and externally – to maximize the value of Allegheny County’s financial resources while adhering to the County’s specific legal, safety, and liquidity requirements. Through a comprehensive liquidity analysis, the Proposer will identify and quantify the time horizon and marketplace value of operating capital, which can be used to achieve the best value with the County’s financial partners.
