TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

This Addendum supersedes, supplements and has precedence over all portions of the

bidding documents with which it differs. Acknowledgement of this Addendum is

required in the Bid Form in the space provided. Failure to acknowledge and respond to

any addenda issued by the District may, in the District’s sole discretion, render the

Bidder to be deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

Questions:

1.​ Is an installation price required for each piece of equipment, including final

electrical and plumbing?

Answer:​ Installation should be included as specified in the RFP. Electrical

and plumbing modifications/upgrades to the infrastructure of School Site

buildings are the responsibility of the district(s). Providing the proper plug, hose,

and such for the purpose of connection for proper function is expected of the

bidder.

2.​ Should a haul away price be included for each line item piece of equipment?

Answer:​ Haul away should be included as noted in the Bid Form.
