Instructions to Bidder – General Terms & Conditions

Construction of a Pre-Fabricated Maintenance Building at the Shary Municipal Golf Course / RFB: 24-680-09-25

Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful bidder, it will be required that “ Construction of a Pre-Fabricated Maintenance Building at the Shary Municipal Golf Course” be provided as specified.

Sealed bids will be received for “ Construction of a Pre-Fabricated Maintenance Building at the Shary Municipal Golf Course” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Work : The City of Mission is accepting bids for Construction of a Pre-Fabricated Maintenance Building at the Shary Municipal Golf Course

Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a zoom conference meeting.  All bid responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 24-680-09-25 Construction of a Pre-Fabricated Maintenance Building at the Shary Municipal Golf Course .   No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFB.

Pre-Bid Conference : A Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on Wednesday,September 18 ^th , 2024 at 10:00 am. The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted in person at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8 ^th St., Mission, TX 78572. Zoom. Meeting ID: 220 547 6707Password: 9iYEY2. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom. .

All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Bidders are recommended to attend and sign in.

To view this solicitation, access Plans and Specifications, and submit a bid response, you must first register in the City’s bidding portal at https://cityofmission.procureware.com .
Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
