Notes	This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to provide comprehensive Disposables Scissors/Hemostats for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) as further described in Attribute 2 - Introduction.
