	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Submittals are due by 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025. Controls - All electrical work necessary to complete the project. - Replace obsolete BAS controls with EcoStruxure graphic front-end (Schneider Preferred). - Replace sensors, flow meters. Original valves and actuators. Mechanical - Replacement of the 300 Tons Chiller VFD. - Installation of upstream power conditioner/power quality units upstream of the chiller. - Installation of Water Side economizer for the plant. - Replace IT and Electrical Room RTU's. - Replace all maintenance-prone primary and secondary chilled and hot water pumps. - Replace chemical controllers, pumps and probes, make up water meter and Blowdown water meter, make up water valve and actuators, Blowdown water valves and actuators. - Replace refrigerant monitoring systems. Electrical - All other electrical work necessary to complete the project.
