2026 Vehicle Purchase Animal Services Department Ford F250

Closes: May 4, 2026 2:00 pm

The City of Sedalia will receive proposals for the purchase of one (1) Ford 250 series truck with Factory Delete 8 ft. bed for the City of Sedalia Animal Services Department. The truck should be 2026 model year.

Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 2026 Vehicle Purchase Animal Services Department Ford F250" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time.

Any and all questions regarding the technical specifications shall be directed to Randi Battson at (660) 826-5816 by 4 p.m. April 29, 2026. Any material changes to the bid specifications arising as a result of such questions shall be approved by the City in writing and mailed or delivered to each bidder of record not less than six (6) days prior to bid opening.
