Description: Notice is hereby given that the Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) has released project number IFB20260821MCRWMA – Delivery of Bulk Fuels. MCRWMA invites the submission of Bids from qualified contractors to deliver regular unleaded gasoline and R99 or R100 renewable diesel to the Highway 59 Landfill (7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348) and Billy Wright Landfill (17173 S. Billy Wright Rd., Los Banos, CA 93635), for the operation of MCRWMA’s fleet vehicles and equipment. Bids must remain effective for 90 days from Bid opening. Bidders are responsible for making certain their bid documentation is complete and is received by MCRWMA on or before the closing deadline. MCRWMA is not liable for any costs incurred by bidders in responding to the IFB. MCRWMA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids or to cancel this solicitation at its discretion. Requests for changes or clarifications must be submitted in writing by the deadline indicated in the IFB. Any alterations to the IFB will be made by written addenda only. All bids submitted in response to this solicitation shall become the property of MCRWMA. Bids shall remain confidential until issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award, after which they shall become a matter of public record and be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act, except to the extent exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
