NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that an appointed committee of the Board of Supervisors of Jones

County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 23, 2026 at the

Courthouse in Laurel, Mississippi for various types and sizes of CULVERTS.

Bidders are required to use bid forms on file with Deana McKissick (601.428.3128) in the Financial

Administration Office, Laurel Courthouse, Laurel, Mississippi.

Each bid shall be in writing and marked on the outside of the sealed envelope:

“CULVERTS”, with the name, address and telephone number of the bidder.

Any bid modified by a discounting factor may be disallowed unless the discount is

included in the unit prices.

Bids shall be for a term of a six-month period, beginning July 01, 2026 and ending

December 31, 2026.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to waive informalities, and to

determine the best and/or lowest bid.
