REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - SANITARY SEWER MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The City of Pacific Grove (City) is seeking proposals from qualif ied firms to provide maintenance of the City's sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and storm water infrastructure . The objective is to comply with operations and maintenance requirements of the State Water Quality Control Board (SWQCB) Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR), Order No. 2006-0003-DWQ, and the WQ 2008-0002-EXEC, as described and included in the City’s Sewer System Management Plan. Additional objectives include following best management practices, ensuring public safety throughout the City, and vigilant protection of the environment while hydro-flush cleaning of all City main sewer lines.
