Description: Pender County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Design-Build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the construction of a fleet garage in the Rocky Point area.  This garage would accommodate approximately 150 regular fleet vehicles and 250 emergency vehicles, as well as school buses and maintenance vehicles using 15 drive through bays. In addition to the appropriate mechanical/electrical room(s), janitorial rooms, restrooms and a office space for admin staff.
