Event Description

The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing

professional Architectural and/or Engineering (A/E) services for the above referenced project. A/E services will involve site

investigative, design development, and bidding for the following project scope:

Construct a new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) facility in Sioux Falls at Joe Foss Field. This facility will feature a concrete

floor, steel roof support structure with a metal roof, artificial turf field for 10 training lanes, LED lighting, audio system, and

electrical receptables.

A technical review committee will review the submissions and select the firm based on the criteria shown. The committee

respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 30 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic

copy via email to the Project Manager no later than 4:00 PM, MT, July 3, 2025. Questions may be directed to the Project
