Project Description: This is posted on behalf of the Community of Chefornak. Chefornak is addressing erosion, flooding, and permafrost degradation impacts to community infrastructure by developing a new subdivision site where homes will be relocated and replaced with new construction. The subdivision will also be the location for a new Head Start building. The Design-Build Team shall provide IFC design for the following subdivision improvements. The Design-Build Team shall produce a separate plan set for the two tasks. Housing and foundation design is complete.
