Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 02/27/2024 for Competitive Contract # 24-042: To Provide Food and Beverage Concessionaire for Francis A. Byrne Golf Course for the Essex County Department of Parks , recreation and Cultural Affairs..
