Notes	Boone County, hereafter referred to as “County”, proposes to contract with an individual(s) or organization(s), hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” for a Term and Supply contract for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision to provide Crushed Stone Aggregate as detailed in the following specifications. Estimated Quantity – All orders shall be made on an “as needed” basis. Quantities for each item in the specifications are approximate quantities for overall County use based on historical data. Quantities purchased from the Contractor will vary according to need within a given area. The County makes no representation or guarantee concerning quantities of rock it will purchase from the Contractor.
