Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for the fabrication of Glass Fiber Reinforced concrete (GFRC) and Glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) Sculptures for Fruit Valley and Oakbrook Park, details about these sculptures can be found in appendix B.
