Project Description: The Indiana Transportation Procurement Center (IPTC) seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive landscaping and ground maintenance services across multiple properties. These services encompass routine tasks such as mowing, pruning, mulching, debris removal, and seasonal responsibilities, including spring planting, fall preparation, winterization, and summer pest control.
These efforts aim to maintain IPTC properties as functional, visually appealing spaces while adhering to responsible environmental practices. This reflects IPTC’s broader commitment to fostering well-maintained spaces that positively represent the organization and meet the expectations of staff, visitors, and the community.
