Notes	Alief Independent School District is soliciting proposal pricing and discounts for the category of Disposable Paper and Plastics. Deadline for proposal and alternates is January 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. , at which time the names of responders will be available. Your presence is not required. Faxed, Emailed or Late Proposals will not be accepted. Vendors must list and explain any/all minimum order requirements in the Supplier Notes section or by submitting a Response Attachment containing minimum order requirements. If requested , samples shall be delivered within 7 business days from date of request to the Alief ISD Purchasing Department at 12102 High Star, Houston, TX, 77072 . Each sample shall be clearly tagged with supplier name, address and phone number, proposal number, proposal item number for which the sample is provided. Failure to supply correctly labeled samples for alternate offers may result in disqualification for that line item. This bid is anticipated to be presented at the February School Board Meeting.
