Description: The City of Cookeville will receive sealed bids for sidewalk and driveway improvements along Interstate Drive (South Willow Avenue to South Jefferson Avenue) and South Jefferson Avenue (Interstate Drive to South Walnut Avenue), a project length of 1.57 miles. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at City of Cookeville offices, 1115 E. Spring Street, Cookeville, TN 38501. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the same location on Wednesday, September 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Bidding documents and plans will be available beginning Wednesday, August 20, 2025, after 12:00 p.m. CST for a non-refundable fee of $100 at 1115 E. Spring Street, Cookeville, TN 38501 (931-520-5249). A 7% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been established for this project.
